WALWICA developed guidelines in 2005 to help facilitate the selection of healthy, low-fat and lower calorie food and beverage options for meetings and events it convenes and manages. The menu selections for the 2008 conference were made with these guidelines in mind.

Snacks and dessert will NOT be offered at the conference this year, please plan accordingly.
