2010 Week Long Lactation Management Training-Sunnyside
January 31, 2010 The Washington State WIC & Nutrition Program is providing an opportunity for Yakima Neighborhood Services to partner with the Sunnyside Community Hospital in order to provide the week long lactation management training for WIC, MSS, and Hospital Staff. 2010 Washington WIC Regional Breastfeeding Trainings
January 18, 2010 This 2-day "Grow and Glow in WIC" is a USDA training designed to provide all WIC staff with the knowledge and skills they need to provide effective breastfeeding promotion and support to WIC clients. 2010 Breastfeeding In-Services
November 6, 2009 The Department of Health has contracted with Nutrition First to manage the 2010 breastfeeding staff in-services including "Latch onto Breastfeeding" and "Facilitating Breastfeeding” Please contact Nutrition First for more information.

Intensive Spanish Language Training

A New Name!
September 11, 2009 The Board and members of WALWICA approved a new name and changes to it's membership and governance model. These chnages will enhance Nutrition First's ability to achieve its mission. Read more
