WIC Lactation Specialist
Position is responsible for supporting staff and clients in breastfeeding challenges and successes, overseeing the Breastfeeding Peer Counselor program and for determining if families or individuals qualify nutritionally and/or medically for the Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program.
Must be an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant or must have completed other state approved certification in lactation management course work within the last five years.
